GEP Required (200 Level)

Instruction via activity courses is given to reinforce and apply the basic fitness principles with regard to the given activity. These courses focus on helping students acquire or enhance the basic motor skills and skill-related competencies, concepts, and strategies of physical activities and sport. Additionally, students will gain a thorough working knowledge, appreciation, and understanding of the spirit and rules, history, safety, and etiquette of physical activities and sport. Undergraduates students are required to complete one credit hour from this selection of courses.
