Additional Info
Outside of academia, Autumn serves as artistic director of the professional multi-media modern dance group Code f.a.d. Company, creating concert and site-specific dance and short dance films. Her choreography has been presented throughout the United States and recently in Hallein, Austria, as part of the international artist festival Schmiede. She curates FAD: Film-Art-Dance Collections, and her own dance films have screened locally and abroad. In 2015, Autumn was inducted into NCSU’s Academy of Outstanding Teachers, and most recently, she was chosen to participate in artist residencies (making dance films and teaching dance and yoga) in Iceland, Austria, and Italy.
