Exercising while on holiday break makes you feel better. While you are on break it is easy to not eat healthy so making sure you exercise helps abate the poor food choices you may have made. In addition, during this time of the year students are very busy with finals and the holidays so it is easy to not to have exercise in your top priorities. Making sure you include exercise in your daily routine can improve mental acuity, confidence, energy, and reduce stress.
When you have a partner it makes a workout more fun and enjoyable. You are able to motivate each other and this enables each person to push themselves even harder to get a better workout.
