Wellness Wednesdays at North Hills

Renee Harrington teaching a Body Attack class (sports-inspired cardio conditioning) at Wellness Wednesdays in North Hills – a series of free fitness opportunities open to the public.  These events encourage participants to “Get Your Fit On” by promoting whole-body wellness through a wide variety of fitness concepts. Several courses are available for students interested in similar cardio/strength workouts and an opportunity to learn a variety of health and fitness concepts, including HESF 100 – Cross Training, HESF 101- Fitness and Wellness, and HESF 105 – Aerobics and Body Conditioning.
